Virtual CHristian Grief Coaching
Grief coaching is a nonclinical specialized form of support designed to help individuals navigate the grieving process and cope with loss. Unlike therapy and counseling, coaching does not involve diagnosing mental health conditions, offering psychotherapy or contracting with insurance companies.
As a Christian grief coach, I offer a secure, safe, empathic space where your pain is honored, your story is heard, and your healing is supported with both practical guidance and biblical encouragement. My work is rooted in the belief that God meets us tenderly in our sorrow, and that hope is not lost - even when life feels overwhelming.
Through our sessions, we explore what you’re carrying, identify what you need, and gently build tools that help you navigate each day with more clarity and steadiness. Together, we look at how grief affects your emotions, your body, your relationships, and your faith, and we work toward restoring peace in each of those areas. You’ll receive support that is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in Scripture, helping you reconnect with God’s comfort and rediscover moments of light again.
